• To put a constant effort towards making the art of Magic recognized as FINE ART by the Govt. of India.
• To form a link with the existing Magic associations around the world.
• To receive financial and non-financial assistance from Govt./Non Govt. organization international agencies, banks and any other legal entity or individual.
• To publish books on magic, charts, illustrations, journals, Newspaper, magazines, TV Channel periodicals, newsletter/papers and other publications on the different subjects including Magic and in different languages for the promotion of above aims objects of the above trust.
• Grant of medical help to the poor and needy magicians, pensions to old magicians, grant of medical help to person effected during famine, floods, earthquake or any other natural calamity or war.
• To start, establish, run, manage and control various old age homes for magicians, children homes all over India as and when the board of trusties may decide from time to time.
• To take up effective but reasonable & lawful steps through magic for eradication of social evils such as dowry system, child marriage, child labor, use of intoxicated rugs/smack/wine etc.        
• To conduct training and research programs through magic for control of the pollution caused diseases and to maintain/develop/secure the herbs, forests, environment, species of animals, birds, wild life etc.
• To create a forum for senior citizens where they can exchange their various views and experiences which may be make available to younger generation of Magicians.
• To organize Magic Show for general public and to work for community development and welfare of the economically and socially backward magicians.
• To promote cultural and social activities by arranging cultural, educational and artistic programmes and activities through Magic, Music & Drama.
• To start, establish, run, take over or manage and maintain Magic academy with the object to provide sound Magic skills to youth, children and adults by seeking recognition and affiliation from the education department and concerned Government authorities.
• To give JADU SHIROMANI AWARDS and prizes to deserving magicians in furtherance of the objectives of the Trust.
• To link Magic with Tourism & to promote Tourism.
• The income of the Trust however derived, shall not be distributed to its members by way of dividend or profit.

Note : Donation to Jadoo Kala Trust is exemted under Section 80 G(5) of Income Tax Act.
